Before we get started...
Our leather is a natural material, and therefore subject to change, from bag to bag (hide to hide) with daily use.
Changes in colour of the leather and signs of wear are (extremely!) normal, irregularities in the consistency and depth/change of colour should not be considered a fault, but inherent of the natural beauty of leather.
Reid Handbag products are made of quality material and constructed to last for a long, long time. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a defect in material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase we’ll repair or replace it with a new one and cover the postage to ship it back out to you!
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect. If you purchase directly from us online we can just look up your details in our system, but if you order from one of our retailers be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on where you live.
DHL Express offers overnight shipping to New Zealand, and just 2 Business days to the U.S.
We provide a tracking number, so you are able to trace your parcel.
What are the bags made from?
All the bags are made from leather.
We also use top quality fastenings, such as YKK zips.
How can I track my order?
When you made your order, you would have received a confirmation email, and with this a tracking number. Follow the directions, and you will be tracking your order in no time!
What shipping carriers do you use?
Australia Post and DHL Express
Fully traceable and DHL Express offers 'On Demand Delivery' where you can specify that you would like it left with your neighbour or left on your doorstep.
What if my bag arrives and I don't like it?
Simply return it within 30 days.
Please contact us first and we will provide you with a reference number. So we can refund your purchase once we have received the bag, in original condition.
